For our Foundation, we use the Strength Deployment Inventory®.
The SDI® is whole-life tool that help people identify their personal strengths under two conditions:
- When everything is going well and
- When they are faced with opposition or conflict.
The SDI® explores motivational values – the basis for how people feel and act in different situations.

A ‘Product Building Simulation’, participants build bicycles believing they will be racing them. In fact, we bring in children from the local community to receive them to the excitement of all.
Our bicycle building experience is one of the oldest around. We are the sole partner of Bikes for Tykes and are also a bicycle dealer to provide you with the very best experience for your group.

Inspire children to become excited about science through amazing science demonstrations. Inspire your participants to connect with each other on a deeper level. Creativity and collaboration has never been so much fun and inspiring.

Location: IndoorA Glimpse into Innovating Your World:
Each team will compete to win a single contract. To do so, they must build a complete Fun Fluid Factory working prototype. Competing priorities and overcoming obstacles will mimic work environments and challenge each individual. The surprise judges arrive and the teams must show that their factory works as well as present their clever solution.

Innovation is the single greatest success factor in any company, large or small. Through this workshop, participants will experience how innovation occurs, through clever insights and sometimes hard work. Each participant will see how their indiviudal role plays an important part of innovation and how the entire group is necessary for continual improvement and giant leaps forward.

Location: Outdoor – Urban or WildernessA Glimpse into The Ultimate Hunt:
Part adventure race, part scavenger hunt, part learning opportunity surrounding collaboration and success. The Ultimate Hunt was built form scratch with collaboration in mind and to mimic work environments while having fun. Teams must ‘steal’ other teams participants as well as their specific tools (which mimic individual skills and knowledge) in order to win the entire event. Eventually, teams realize that a great deal more can be solved if they collaborate with other teams instead of compete.
