How many people can take part? +
From a breakout of 20 to a general session of 5,000. Our activities are built to scale, so the entire room participates at once — no rotating groups and no one sitting out.
How long does it take? +
Most general-session activities run 60 to 90 minutes, including the reveal when participants meet the children receiving what they built. Shorter and longer formats are available.
How far in advance should we book? +
For large general sessions we recommend 6 to 12 weeks so we can coordinate logistics, charity partners and your theme. Faster turnarounds are often possible — book a call to check availability.
What do you need from our venue? +
A general-session room with tables, standard staging and AV. We bring the materials, facilitation and production team and integrate into your run-of-show.
