What is a team building workshop? +

A facilitator-led session where a team works through hands-on activities and structured debriefs to build specific skills — communication, trust, leadership, problem solving or navigating change — then applies them at work. Unlike a one-off event, a workshop pairs the experience with facilitation and follow-up so the learning sticks.

How long is a workshop? +

Half-day (about 3 hours), full-day (6–7 hours) or multi-day offsite. Half-day targets one or two skills; full-day and multi-day go deeper and suit leadership teams and offsites.

How many people can attend? +

Workshops work best for intact teams and leadership groups of roughly 8 to 40. Larger organizations run as multiple parallel workshops or pair a workshop with a large-group event.

Can you run it virtually? +

Yes. We facilitate on-site at your office or an offsite venue anywhere in the US, and we run live virtual workshops for distributed teams.

An event is built for energy and connection; a workshop is built for change. The workshop uses activities as the vehicle, then invests in the debrief, skill-building and a 30-day follow-up. Many clients pair the two.
