Corporate retreats · done for you

Corporate retreats your team will still talk about in five years.

Most companies plan a retreat once a year and pay for it in evenings and weekends nobody has to spare. We do the opposite: we design and run the whole thing — a tailored, often multi-day experience built around the one outcome that matters, sometimes on one of our signature team-building experiences, always something people remember long after the slides are forgotten. You bring the team; we own the meeting.

DIY vs. done-for-you

There is a difference between planning a retreat and having one run for you. The rest of this site — the agenda, the checklist, the budget, the free kit — helps you do it yourself. This page is the other option: hand the whole thing to a team that has run two thousand of them, and get a day your people actually remember.

What “done for you” means

We own the entire meeting — not just an hour of it.

Four things come as one engagement, one team, one point of contact.

Designed around your outcome

We start from the one thing that has to be different when everyone’s back at their desks, and build the whole retreat backwards from it — agenda, flow, the working sessions and the exhales between them.

Run on site, start to finish

Facilitators, materials, staging, shipping and on-site production. We slot into your run-of-show and handle the parts a team without an events department shouldn’t have to carry.

The experience built in

The part people remember is the shared experience in the middle — a facilitated challenge or a give-back build. Sometimes it’s one of our signature experiences; always it’s built for your team, not pulled off a shelf.

The 30 days after

The offsite isn’t the point — what’s still true a month later is. We send the commitments and photos, and help you run the follow-through that makes it stick.

How it comes together

From a date on the calendar to a day they remember.

Four steps, one team, and very little on your plate.

1 · Discover

A short conversation about the team, the tension, and the outcome. We ask the five questions most offsites skip, and pressure-test what the retreat is really for.

2 · Design

You get a tailored proposal — the shape of the retreat, the experience at its center, and a clear number. No templates, no death-by-agenda.

3 · Deliver

We show up and run it — the facilitation, the experience, the production. You’re a participant in your own retreat, not the stage manager.

4 · Follow through

Commitments, photos and a 30-day check-in, so the energy in the room turns into something that’s still true at the next all-hands.

Who it’s for

Built for the team that got handed the offsite.

If you have a full events department and a dedicated meeting planner, you probably don’t need us. Our sweet spot is the company that doesn’t.

Mid-market teams

Growing companies with real budgets but no in-house events machine — where the retreat lands on a leader or an ops person who already has a day job.

Tired of the slide deck

Teams that have sat through the offsite that was just a normal week in a nicer room, and want the opposite — something that actually changes how the team works.

A real reason to gather

Annual planning, a reset, a strategy shift, a newly merged team that needs to become one. When there’s an outcome on the line, a designed retreat earns its cost back fast.

Questions

Before you get a proposal.

Do you plan the whole retreat, or just run the team building? +

Either. Most clients hand us the whole thing — we design the agenda around the outcome and run the day end to end. Others have the venue and sessions handled and bring us in for the team-building or give-back experience. Tell us where you are and we scope to fit.

How much does a done-for-you corporate retreat cost? +

It depends on group size, length, location and what you run. All-in, a corporate retreat typically lands around $400–1,200 per person for a day and a half — see the budget worksheet for the breakdown. We price your retreat in a no-obligation proposal.

How far in advance should we book? +

Six to ten weeks is comfortable for most single-location retreats; longer for peak season, large groups or destination travel. The long poles are the venue and travel, not the agenda.

How big are the teams you run retreats for? +

From a leadership team of a handful up to a full department. Retreats are about depth, not scale — if you need a 2,000-person general session, that’s a different animal, and we’ll tell you so.

Do you only do multi-day retreats? +

No. A tailored multi-day experience is where we do our best work, but we also design and run 1.5-day and focused half-day retreats. The format follows the outcome, not the other way around.

Where do you run corporate retreats? +

We come to the venue you choose, in cities across the US — see corporate retreat locations. You don’t travel to us; the experience travels to your team.

Tell us the outcome. We’ll design the retreat.

Your group, your dates, and the one thing that has to be different afterward. We’ll come back with a tailored proposal and a clear number — no obligation.
