What it is

Building a Dream, in a nutshell.

Building a Dream is a hands-on challenge with a heart. Teams earn parts, solve problems and assemble complete, road-ready bikes — and just when they think the activity is over, the kids arrive to receive them.

Collaboration under pressure

Teams self-organize, divide work and problem-solve against the clock.

A shared peak moment

The reveal is the emotional high everyone retells back at the office.

Purpose people feel

Your team built something real for a child — pride that carries back to work.

Works at any size

From 10 to 5,000, scaled to your room.

How it works

Three moves from bag-of-parts to unforgettable.

1

Team up & earn parts

Small teams compete in quick challenges to earn the components for their bike — collaboration kicks in fast.

2

Build a real bike

Following the kit, teams assemble a complete, safety-checked bike from the frame up. No experience needed.

3

The reveal

The children who will receive the bikes ride in. The room goes from focused to unforgettable in seconds.

The reason it sticks

Your team builds something real — for a child who needs it.

Every bike is donated to a child in your community, often onsite. Your team does not just bond — they change a kid’s day in the same afternoon.
