When an in-person reveal isn’t possible, we share the beneficiaries’ stories and photos so participants see exactly whose lives their work changed. A bike, skateboard or shoe build for 50 to 5,000 people is a live leadership exercise — teams have to delegate, coordinate across the room and deliver against the clock — and the facilitated debrief ties those moments back to how your leaders actually work. Yes. You choose the cause with us, and Legendary Team Building selects, vets and confirms the local recipient organization before the event. For 60 Seconds to Give, your company picks the causes and the donation amounts up front.

Most Legendary Team Building give-back programs run 60 to 180 minutes. Care Cart needs at least two hours, 60 Seconds to Give runs 60 to 90 minutes, and Inspiring Minds is a 90-minute program. Building a Dream, Sole Purpose, Housewarming and Power of reCreation can also anchor a full conference theme.

You bring the room and your people; Legendary Team Building brings everything else: all materials and kits, the event crew, and full setup and teardown. Most programs run indoors in a standard ballroom or meeting room with theater seating and build tables.
