We build on what’s already great.
Most team building goes looking for what’s broken — the weakness, the 5% that isn’t working — and tries to fix it. We do the opposite.
We find the strengths a group already has and build on them. If a team is operating well 95% of the time, we grow that 95% rather than dwelling on the 5%. It’s a small shift in focus with very real, compounding results — and it’s how good groups become great.
For-profit and for-purpose — on purpose.
We’re a true social enterprise: philanthropy is woven into every service we offer, not bolted on. Giving back to the community can’t be separated from what we do. We’ve intentionally stayed a for-profit company to prove that business can do well by doing good — and keep impacting the world without depending on outside funding.

We started under the name Repario — Latin for “to rediscover or find again” — with a simple goal: help each person rediscover the very best of who they are. Corporate America became our laboratory.
We became Be Legendary
We renamed the company Be Legendary and focused on sharing what we’d learned about legendary people and how to build legendary teams.
