Is TeamwoRx virtual? +

Yes — TeamwoRx is designed to be 100% virtual, with live facilitated sessions and breakout rooms. It can also run in person or hybrid if you prefer.

How do you measure results? +

We baseline the team with predictive analytics, run a monthly pulse, and follow up on behavior for 30 days after each workout to see how well it sticks — then re-measure against the baseline, so change is visible, not assumed.

What is a ‘Team Workout’? +

A 60-minute facilitated experience that strengthens a team the way exercise strengthens a body — working the mental, emotional and values-based muscles behind trust, communication and accountability. Like any workout it has to be hard to build strength, and consistency is what makes change last.
