A fun, interactive give-back event — originally built for healthcare organizations — where each team builds a Care Cart and stuffs it with goodies. At the end, the “real” customers are revealed to cheers, and every cart goes to a children’s hospital ward or a local children’s organization. How it works
The setup is simple — usually a hotel or meeting-center conference room. Teams assemble and stock their carts through a facilitated experience designed to inspire and motivate. The more participants, the more carts; the more carts, the more building, interaction and impact. Then comes the reveal, which reconnects everyone to the customer they serve and the difference they can make.
