Building a Dream
The flagship. Tables build real bikes, then kids ride in for the reveal — pure energy at any scale.
An SKO has to energize the room, land the year's message, and send people home fired up. We turn your general session into one shared, high-energy build that does all three — and gives back to kids in the host city. For 50 reps or 5,000.
You've got the whole sales org in one room once a year. Here's what a give-back build adds to your SKO.
Reps leave on an emotional high — the story they retell in the field long after the numbers slide fades.
From 50 to 5,000, the entire room participates together. No rotations, no one checking their phone.
We tie the build to your year's message — one team, one goal, deliver together — so it reinforces the agenda instead of interrupting it.
The build is donated to kids in the host city, so the room doesn't just get pumped up — it does real good together.

From regional teams to national SKOs of thousands, we've produced the give-back moment that closes the general session. We even staged the Guinness World Record bike build for DaVita — 5,000 people in one room.
Same build, different job depending on where your energy needs the lift.
| Slot | When to use it | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Opening energizer | Day one, cold room, reps just off flights. | Breaks the ice fast and sets a collaborative, all-in tone for the whole kickoff. |
| Mid-agenda reset | The post-lunch or day-two dip when attention fades. | Gets everyone up, moving and re-engaged before the next content block. |
| Closing capstone | The final general session (most popular). | Sends reps home on an emotional high, tied to the year's theme and a real give-back. |

Assemble skateboards from a bag of parts — a fast, hands-on metaphor for a new year and new targets.

Build durable shoes for kids who've never owned a pair, and stand up a lasting 'Shoe Bank'.
Every build is donated to children in the community where your SKO is held — so your sales org doesn't just get motivated, it leaves something real behind. That's what turns a kickoff into a story reps actually tell customers.

A sales kickoff, or SKO, is an annual meeting that brings a company's sales organization together to launch the new fiscal year — aligning everyone on strategy, targets and messaging, training on new products, and motivating the team for the year ahead. Most run one to three days and mix general sessions, breakouts, awards and a team-building or social moment.
The best one does three things at once: energizes the room so reps leave fired up, reinforces the year's theme (not a random game), and creates one memorable peak moment they carry back to the field. A give-back build delivers all three — the whole room works toward a shared goal, and the emotional reveal makes it unforgettable.
From a 50-person regional team to a 5,000-rep national kickoff. Our builds are engineered to scale, so the entire room participates at the same time — no rotations and no one sitting out.
Three slots: a high-energy opener for a cold room, a mid-agenda reset when energy dips, or — most powerfully — the closing capstone that sends reps home on a high. Most companies use it to close the general session.
For large national SKOs we recommend 6 to 12 weeks so we can coordinate logistics, charity partners and your kickoff theme. Faster turnarounds are often possible — book a call to check availability.
