About our programs
Are your programs customizable, or off-the-shelf? +
Nothing we run is ‘canned.’ We start from your desired outcomes and build the program around them, so your people walk away with your vision — not ours. We’ve refined our most effective events into a proven curriculum, then tailor it to your group every time. It’s the same Point A to Point B thinking behind everything we do.
What size groups do you work with? +
Almost any. We’ve run three-day retreats for five people and four-hour programs for well over a thousand participants, and give-back events for groups up to 5,000. Give us a challenge.
Do participants need any special skills or experience? +
No. Everything is professionally facilitated and the challenge meets your team where it is — from brand-new hires to a seasoned executive team. No athletic ability, driving experience or facilitation background required.
Do the activities work indoors? +
Yes. Most of our photos are outdoors because it tends to be more fun, but our activities are designed to run indoors or out. Some have space requirements, which we flag clearly when we scope your event.
What’s included in a program? +
Typically: an initial assessment of your team’s challenges and goals, a custom-designed program, professional facilitation, a debrief that links the experience to work, and an action plan participants take back to the job. Many programs include follow-up coaching.

What results can we expect, and how do you measure them? +

Do you travel? Where do you operate? +
In most cases we have a qualified facilitator in your area, so there’s no travel premium. Larger or specialist events that need more than one facilitator can be an exception. We deliver events across the country and beyond.
How far ahead do we need to book? +
We specialize in last-minute arrangements and have facilitators working all around the country who can respond quickly. Some programs do have minimum logistical lead times — call us with your dates and we’ll tell you right away.
Do you work with nonprofits, schools and churches? +
Yes. We frequently work with mission-driven organizations, offer volume consideration, and sometimes do pro-bono work for charitable causes — giving back is core to who we are.
How much does it cost? +
