    Innovating Your World is a business simulation designed to mimic the workplace. Individuals must address common workplace challenges — personal goals sometimes conflict with team goals, teams conflict with each other and everyone must keep the key stake-holders in mind.

  • Inspiring minds

    Inspiring Minds is a wildly fun exercise intended to facilitate discussion about how to effectively stimulate creativity, inspiration and big picture thinking within an organization and teams.

    Participants are broken into teams of 3 to 7 and assigned a science project that they will have to study, learn, implemernt and TEACH to children aged 11 to 13 years old.

  • The Angel

    Perhaps our most flexible Legendary Event, The Angel Program can be tailored to fit around almost any envisioned corporate event.

    Throughout the course of our Angel Program, participants earn individual points, with all vying to become the ultimate ‘winner.’ Unbeknownst to them, however, the scores each of them is achieving are to be combined, with each point equivalent to one dollar.

    Each collaborative dollar earned then goes toward making an underprivileged child’s wish come true. In larger events, participants are introduced to the child whose wish they have just fulfilled, making it a truly unforgettable event for everyone involved

  • Puppet Theater

    During our Puppet Theater Program, participants are charged with crafting both their own puppet and a team-effort backdrop. They must then devise a two-minute, family-friendly skit that makes use of their handcrafted puppeteering.

    What they’re not told, however, is that their audience will be comprised of after-school program participants. Once they get past their task grumbling and the skit has been played out, each child selects one of their puppets for him- or herself, with the backdrop being donated to the after-school program.

  • Care Carts

    Our Care Carts Program is designed specifically for the healthcare industry. During this program, participants are divided into groups that must collectively build their own push cart. They are told that special awards will be handed out to the most imaginative.

    What they do not know (and never seem to ask!), however, is what the carts will be used for upon completion. The points team members earn for their creativity are ultimately cashed in for toys and games, enough to stuff their carts to overflowing. It is only then that participants discover the byproducts of their collaborative efforts are to be given to the children’s wards of a local hospital

    Corporate sailing could quite possibly be the very best team building activity on earth.

    Sailing simulates our environment at work – constant changes and ‘unknowns’ are thrown at the group who must adapt to deal and deal with the situation.

    A large of our Corporate Sailing Adventure involves executive ‘team building’, but also creates the opportunity for self and group discovery.

    Learning to sail a boat well, around a course or in a fun competition puts the crew on board in a unique situation. They must learn new skills together as a group – solving problems and working together in a fun and challenging environment. Together on a boat – co-workers must abandon pre-existing relationships and solve problems together – as a team.
