What Are the Benefits of a Facilitator's
Experience?
What
is the Process used during a Facilitator's Experience? Then we explore two main models: One model explains the process of how to ask questions in a group setting that lead to deeper learning. The other model explains how beliefs are formed and the many choices that come from those beliefs. The remainder of day one and all of day two are devoted to learning events for the Repario Treasure Chest and practicing facilitation and debriefing skills. Throughout this you will gain a better understanding of how the models we use and debriefing skills work together. On day three we offer you a chance to test your new skills as you lead activities with a local group of students or business leaders. Each participant will lead and debrief at least one activity. We round out the day with instruction on physical and emotional safety issues. After final questions are answered we celebrate your completion of this training with a special ceremony.
