EDS poll, 87.6% of managers claimed they spent too much time
resolving disputes between employees.

some investigation, it is clear that many managers and employees
lack simple self-awareness tools that enable them to understand
and control their behavior rather than react when faced with
stress and conflict.

conflict or poorly handled conflict destroy good relationships

Managing
Conflict is a highly interactive workshop with opportunities
for small group discussion for participants to discuss the
new information and how to integrate the knowledge into their
workplace.
