Drumming The
Ultimate Hunt Small teams will have to use all
of their collective skills in problem solving, critical thinking,
clear communication, collaboration and teamwork to be successful.
Fire
Walking WALK THE FIRE - THE ANSWER IS WITHIN YOU! If you can accomplish this, is there anything you can't do once you put your mind to it? Transform your fear, negative emotions,
and limiting beliefs into power and self mastery at this once
in a lifetime seminar. “If you believe it, you can achieve
it” is the thought process behind this 90 minute seminar
that will culminate with all participants having the opportunity
to perform a ritual firewalk. Each participant will have the opportunity
to overcome all your personal limitations and empower yourself.
Building

Drumming With a surprise 'customer' visit,
a group of children who have learned to drum in a separate room,
the group first performs for the 'customers' and is surprised
once again when they find they are also there to play with them.
The
Angel Throughout the course of our Angel Program, participants earn individual points, with all vying to become the ultimate ‘winner.’ Unbeknownst to them, however, the scores each of them is achieving are to be combined, with each point equivalent to one dollar. Each collaborative dollar earned
then goes toward making an underprivileged child’s wish
come true. In larger events, participants are introduced to the
child whose wish they have just fulfilled, making it a truly unforgettable
event for everyone involved. Care
Carts What they do not know (and never
seem to ask!), however, is what the carts will be used for upon
completion. The points team members earn for their creativity
are ultimately cashed in for toys and games, enough to stuff their
carts to overflowing. It is only then that participants discover
the byproducts of their collaborative efforts are to be given
to the children’s wards of a local hospital. Puppet
Theater What they’re not told, however, is that their audience will be comprised of after-school program participants. Once they get past their task grumbling and the skit has been played out, each child selects one of their puppets for him- or herself, with the backdrop being donated to the after-school program. <<BACK TO THE TOP>> Team

Sailing Sailing simulates our environment at work - constant changes and 'unknowns' are thrown at the group who must adapt to deal and deal with the situation. A large of our Corporate Sailing Adventure involves executive 'team building', but also creates the opportunity for self and group discovery. Learning to sail a boat well, around a course or
in a fun competition puts the crew on board in a unique situation.
They must learn new skills together as a group - solving problems
and working together in a fun and challenging environment. Together
on a boat - co-workers must abandon pre-existing relationships and

Corporate Retreat Vacation
Rental Retreat While we make sure everyone has their own room for personal space, they must share their living space. It is amazingly beneficial to have everyone sharing the cooking duties, eating together and sharing living space. Additionally, while evenings are traditionally 'downtime'
for participants where everyone goes their separate ways, at a vacation
rental a great deal of work is accomplished simply sittng around
and chatting, watching TV or playing a simply game. Cabin
