In a recent EDS poll, 87.6% of managers claimed they spent too much time resolving disputes between employees.

After some investigation, it is clear that many managers and employees lack simple self-awareness tools that enable them to understand and control their behavior rather than react when faced with stress and conflict.

  5. Learn that conflict is good, but how poorly handled or unresolved conflict can destroy the workplace.

  2. Employees to manage their own conflict.

Managing Conflict is a highly interactive workshop with opportunities for small group discussion for participants to discuss the new information and how to integrate the knowledge into their workplace.

  • Professional facilitation by a certified trainer.
